A year ago at this time, he was a top 30, high 4* Center with commitable offers to Kansas, UCLA, Arizona, Oregon, and several others.
These days, 247 has him ranked in the 150s, a 3*, and his only remaining commitable offers are from UW and DePaul.
Irregardless, we seem to be the favorite to land him. In terms of big men, I'm slightly more excited than when I learned about Gilles Diercksxxx transferring to UW.

His job will be to play rim protector on defense and rebound the basketball. Based on his measurables, if he has some semblance of athleticism then he's a perfect fit for Hop's system.

Rebounder and shotblocker. Wont be worse than timmins on offense. Great athleticism.

You never know how long it takes for a kid to find their offensive game. And let's be honest, it's not like there are a ton of bigs that are really skilled post players. Worst case is that he's a big in the middle of the zone that makes rim runs and offensive rebounds as a 15-20 minute per game player. Nothing wrong with that.
Pretty sure we have a coach that can develop players now ... so it's not crazy to expect that that he could get better. -

Athletic 7 footer with good ball skills. If these coaches are worth a shit he's a good get and should contribute.
