And those discs fucking hurt. You prettt much can’t do anything depending on how bad it was. If it was a minor strain it would be like a week. The fact that it’s 3 months speaks volumes.
Jumping from resistant band work into heavy deads is always a recipe for success! Would be pretty freaking cool if they had a post workout taco truck too. -
