Who the fuck cares about the assistant coaches? The head coach is the key. Tosh Lupoi, Heyward, Wilcox, fuck em all. Get the right head coach and the rest takes care of itself. And if the find the right head coach, he better have the fucking freedom to name his own staff.

You can tell the players love playing for him. I don't see why Woodward can't hire him as DC. He knows all about recruiting young boys. -
