Side note, was next to Safeco today. Seattle Bike cop was guarding the Bat. No shit. In addition, a private security guard scanned in next to the Cop. They chatted for a second then Mr. Guard proceeds to walk up to the Bat and stroke it as if giving it a handjob.
If only Seattle cared more about Winning than a fucking statue.

I watched the WS last year. The balls were probably pumped with flubber, but I fell back in love with the sport that the loser Mariners ruined. Shame about my Yankees, though. Next year. Dynasties never rest.
