Cohen definitely deserves a raise ... her work with both the football and basketball programs deserve a lot of respect.

Looking Back at the Cohen hire, I was really concerned because there were so many obvious blunders with the UW athletic department and she was behind the scenes for a lot of it.
But she has really grabbed the reins as the lead woman and made it her own.
That pic of her as a kid in Husky stadium that circulated around here as a joke, actually tells the story.
She wants UW to win. Bigly.

Our skepticism abotu the hire is completely understandable. Promote the interim has failed this athletic department numerous times. Make the "look at us we're so PC" hire has failed this athletic department numerous times.
