I like to lead a witch hunt for Russian agents without any proof and then run smack at Joe McCarthy. I like to do that. This is an attack on the entire institution!

This is one of the greatest things about Trump, flipping sides and laying bare hypocrisies. For three decades, Republicans held the CIA & FBI in the highest esteem, and Dems generally regarded them, more the CIA, as shadowy, authoritarian threats to democracy. Now Dems criticize the critics of our(?) braze intelligence services as anti-American, and the GOP thinks the CIA & FBI are at the brink of mounting a coup.

I don't think Democrats are fond of the way Comey acted before the 2016 election.GrundleStiltzkin said:This is one of the greatest things about Trump, flipping sides and laying bare hypocrisies. KOMO it yourself, but there was much self-righteous blow back from Dems in the last year when Trump was blasting away at the chintelligence community. Straight up through-the-looking glass shit.TierbsHsotBoobs said:

Edit: Nothing tops pre-election Trump saying elections are rigged and Obama saying our? elections are completely secure. -
I agree with that, but I think that blowback was delusional hope that the FBI would DROP THE FUCKING HAMMER on Trump.GrundleStiltzkin said:
