I'be heard that before leaving the team, Romar held a secret ceremony where a ritual was performed to transfer the soul of his last 7 years of coaching (laziness, apathy, just collecting a paycheck) into the body of a current player so that he could stay with the team. I'm beginning to think the host is David Crisp.
