Disagree. Look, from a policy stand point, I think we need to pretty much close the gates for 20 to 30 years on massive low skilled immigration. Let the melting pot go to work and give lower skill native workers a chance to catch up. But a more skilled operator on the right, could get this done without calling those places "shit holes".
