  I'm not saying we're going to get Mora, but a coach doing a U-turn while recruiting has been done a million times before. You keep doing your current job until your future job is a done deal.

  How is this one different than the 50 other tweets the past 24 hours saying Mora is out recruiting?
  
  Not saying you aren't right but until we get some more concrete evidence than some dipshits tweeting he is going to UW/staying at UCLA then LIPO.

  Wilcox and Tosh just told a very tall lineman recruit Sark would be at UW forever.
  
  And I recall Tosh recruiting for Cal 1 day and UW the next. Cal fans will tell you he was recruiting for UW before he signed his contract.

  Because all that noise was about recruiting trips yesterday - ie when Sark left. Very plausible Mora literally got contacted for the first time yesterday re the job opening. So he finishes up scheduled recruiting trips & then reaches out to Woodward.
  
  Now it's Tuesday, & clearly there is an offer on the table. And certainly Mora has talked to UW. Our best hope was that right now Mora was ironing out details.
  
  If that's the case, if just makes no sense for him to (1) still go out on a recruiting trip, (2) go as representing UCLA, & (3) take along UCLA staff.
  
  He should be busy finalizing legal docs, talking to current players, reaching out to potential coaches, etc.
  
  Continuing to recruit in this situation makes no sense IF he's planning to leave. He's not an assistant, he's the head coach, there is a ton of stuff he would be doing right now to prepare for such a huge shift.

  Unlike Sark this isn't an easy decision. Also unlike Sark he is a man of character and will continue to work for the CURRENT employer that pays him which is UCLA.

  I noticed Davidson clarified/deleted his post about being in a meeting with Mora, 6 coaches and students.

  UCLA, Mora, etc know the buzz that's going around. Mora may turn us down but just because he's continuing his current duties means nothing. If he had turned us down, there would already be a press release leaked about an extension, raise, something. I'm not optimistic about the situation but until we hear something either way, it's not over. Silence speaks volumes.
