Anti-Nazi laws have been on the books in Germany since 1945. Your conflation of free speech with competition regulation is baffling.
Check out the EFF. They've been lobbying on behalf of a free internet since the 1990's.

Net neutrality has nothing to do with this. Congratulations though, ISPs now have the power to control what you see and what you don't. No different than giving water companies and electric companies the power to slow down service to your house whenever they feel like it to extort fees. Pay up and your service will be restored to its former efficiency level. That's what you're supporting in a nutshell. Fucking educate yourself.
