Post Early Signing Day Scholarship Breakdown by Class and Position

Notes
- No NFL entry assumptions were made
- Assuming that Chico gets his redshirt year
- Ali Gay to JC
- Pulu is on scholarship

Let me know of anything I missed for the current roster

One suggestion is that I'd add in Josiah Bronson as a scholarship player at least in italics or whatnot ... I suspect that he will be earning one come Spring.

Thanks for putting this together ... it's very much appreciated.

    Appreciate this.

    What I gleaned from it:

    - A little light on quality OL bodies - need a haul next year (at least 4 good ones)
    - We NEED some safeties (next year this has to be a huge focus)
    - Upperclassmen WRs are total fucking dreck. Ty Jones + this class is our only hope.
    - CB looks solid forever. Love it.
    - Numbers look decent at BUCK and DT, but we need some quality there, big time.
    - RB looks okay minus this year.
    - ILB looks solid after this years class

So, 2019 crootin' priorities to my untrained eye (obviously we want to stack classes at every position blah blah blah but these should be the focus areas):

    1) At least one big time DDY3 DT and a couple DDY3 type BUCKS
    2) Safeties (like 3 or 4 of them especially if Kent Love leaves)
    3) Couple DDY3 war daddies on the line (at least 1 G and 1 T plus a couple DDY2s for depth)
    4) High end (re: not Dick Nut level) RB

Those would be my biggest focus areas for crootin'.

Molden and Gordon may wind up at safety. Or at least slot.

That would change my assessment, but I don;t know all these potential moves and shit, so I have to go off where people are currently at. I'm dumb.

Probably should put Jusstis Warren at FB since he played 10-12 snaps there in the Apple Cup and none at OLB

Alex Cook to safety makes sense too.

Our? offense, assuming Gaskin comes back would look something like this:

    LT - Trey
    LG - Watty?
    C- Harris
    RG - ?
    RT - McGary

    QB - Brownsocks (meh)
    RB - Gaskin or Ahmed
    WTE - Sample
    BTE - Bryant
    WR - Ty Jones
    WR - ?

    Gaskins' gonezo IMO.

    Otherwise, looks pretty good.

Assuming Gaines comes back, our? D looks stacked again.

    DT - Gaines
    DT - String
    Buck - @GrundleStiltzkin's Tevis
    Sam - Benning
    ILB - BBK
    ILB - DJ B
    Slot - Joyner
    CB - B Murphy
    CB - Buffy's son
    SS - Jojo
    FS - RappCulture

Isn't Benning really big for Sam? I'd guess he's more likely to move inside to DT than to the other OLB pos.

Great breakdown. The only thing I'd add is that we need at least two RB's in next year's class at minimum, unless Lowe's really playing RB.

Fortunately the west coast is an RB goldmine next year. Unfortunately none of them appear to be in our backyard.

Bonerpoppa gonna have to really recruit next year. We? might be fucked.

Or Longo can bring in multiple DDY threes.

    EWIWBI.

You are probably correct. Pleasant and Newton are bleh. All that leaves is Ahmed and McGrew. Need quality bodies. At least one of them a DDY3.

    McGraw sucks.

Small and white. There is a reason the la schools didn't care that much about him.

Also, Chico could be a full time RB.

I guess I'm dumb and don't know if he played Buck or Sam this year. Need @CokeGreaterThanPepsi to weigh in on this or maybe the all-knowing, all-powerful Pumpy.

I'd bet Bainivalu will have the upperhand on that RG spot.
    Good poont.
