No way the model can support 10 grand a month in my opinion but it is an alternative to college for a year
A lot of folks love to rail against college football like there is some alternative that pays as well, has the training and facilities and isn't a bunch of 19 year olds riding buses and playing at high school fields and having nothing if they blow out a knee
But you could throw that alternative together and let kids decide -

I almost can't wait for the next 6 months when he realizes they play 10 months of ball with shitty coaching and players who hate you(and that's for normal players) for the most part. There are some good teams and areas, but boy is this going to end badly when they realize this isn't the beaches of spain with the kardashians. -
I've heard a lot of criticism of Baller sending his kids to Lithuania but leaving home to see the world or fight in a war in some shit hole happens every day. Just like kids who leave Seattle to go to Pullman. (hi Harv)
His kids could return grown up and ready to appreciate the slave system of the NBA more than most -

He's fucked in the head. The Big3 had Fox Sports and Ice Cube bankrolling it and it still sucked.
No way is some washed up former Cuog going to be able to come up with enough cash to pay guys $10K per month. They make more than that at Kentucky and Louisville and Mephis already.
