And if he's replacing Lubick he's probably becoming a co-OC here which means $$$.
Liked Lubick...if he is moving on he may not be doing himself any favors as he has bounced around quite a bit (including his couple week stint at Baylor...). Think we were his 4th job in 3 years when he arrived.
