Our head coach is gone, and they just took our defensive coordinator. The staff could be completely unraveling as well.

I'm with you on the need to go get Mora, no question. Not with you on the absolute urgency to do SOMETHING. Take your time and do it right. Rush hires almost never work out well. Obviously, we know Mora is the best candidate, so if they hire him quickly, great. Otherwise, a quick hire would probably be disastrous.
