Work it having the game on Saturday gainst the SEC game on NBC or hell even TBS (tee hee). Most people enjoy flipping back and forth between games

That's why they need to revamp the play offs to incorporate the conference tie in to bowls. There was just something about starting the season saying we want to go to the Rose Bowl. Now its we want the playoffs I guess but you know that is a lot less likely than winning the league. But wait there is more. Instead of the myth that the Committee is encouraging teams to schedule tough games when they really aren't, this proposal would make it risk free to schedule three kick ass non con games. You could lose all three and still win your league and make the bowl/playoff,
