Am I happy with the UW blowout? No. I'm pizzed.

But let's get some perspective. We beat USC, Furd, Oregon (3x in a row baby!) and didn't get beat by any FCS schools for a change.

That was a very successful season. The likes of which we have rarely seen.

It sucks losing to the dogs, but we aren't Wazzu fans if we think we will win half of those matchups or more. We get much more enjoyment out of the ~30% of the time we do beat them than they do during the 70% of the times they win.

They should by all rights ALWAYS beat us, those damn underachieving bastards (after all...more talent, higher paid coaches, much more depth,...etc.), but we win sometimes on heart and grit. Not tonight...or recently unfortunately.

Cuog got to 9 wins, didn’t lose to a d-2 team, budget expenses year/year going waaay down, what more could you want?
