What part of 8-3, 9-3, 10-2, 12-0, 9-3, 13-1, 9-4, 13-1, 13-1, 8-5, 12-0, 12-2, 14-1, 12-1, 11-2 and 8-2 makes you think that a coach of Meyer’s caliber had a “schtick”? Seems like a better word would be “winning”.Southerndawg said:

The guy beat Saban as many times as Saban beat him, including very recently. They’ve both won titles at different schools. He beat Saban with Florida and he beat him with Ohio State. Call me crazy, but I don’t think Meyer gets too nervous about other coaches, Saban included. And Florida commands as much recruiting talent as any school in the country, Miami, FSU, USC, Bama, LSU, Ohio State included.
Why’d he fake health problems to run off? Who knows. He was taking some heat for increasing player problems. Maybe he got sick of that. I don't know. But the idea that he ran off because he thought his “system” was going to stop working in the SEC and he was afraid of big Nick is fairly ridiculous.

Chip could succeed at UCLA to some degree. He’ll wash out at Florida. They won’t accept 8-4.
