Looks like he also has bonds with the sport of @Swaye's people.
“The only other sport I played in high school was basketball. But, because of football, I never played lacrosse in high school, because I was busy with football in the spring. That’s a sport I played a lot in middle school and had a lot of fun with. I’d probably be playing basketball and lacrosse. I think in fifth grade, myself and a couple of buddies found out there was a (lacrosse) club team and thought, ‘Hey, this looks like a cool sport, let’s try it.’ And we really enjoyed it.”

We could have used him last night.

I hope he comes in and just makes it so undeniable that he is the best that he forces him to play. In reality, him and Sirmon are going to Redshirt, especially if KJ doesn't grad transfer.
-
So nice to be getting a quarterback who actually
forces the defense to respect him as a running threat.
Just makes the offense so much more dynamic. Gotta
wonder if it will truly be an open competition though. -
Yankoff will play, same role to Tebow as freshman unless Smith is too stubborn(which he is). Also creates a year gap between Sirmon and Yankoff.
-
Unfortunately Browning is probably too old.jhfstyle24 said:

Yankoff vs Tommy T for Idaho State title. Would be nice to watch that one.

Hi!
Braxton Burmeister senior year stats:
4,461 yards passing
53 passing TD's
8 INT's
1,470 rushing yards
7.6 ypc
27 rushing TD's
The awful competition that Turdmeister played against was definitely better than what Yankoff is playing against in Idaho. His film looks like people in slow motion are chasing him.
He might be a stud, but for everyone's sake, LIPO. Big numbers against air tells you nothing. -
Burmeister got balls unlike our QB.Mosster47 said:Hi!

Not sure if you're knew hear, but there are lots of threads devoted to the question of if high school stats matter. Spoiler alert: They don't.
There are also threads about competition mattering. Spoiler alert: Sometimes it does.
Burmeister's film was not that good. Shows a lot of the defects you see today. Yankoff's different. He has the talent and skill to back up his numbers. Taylor Rapp didn't play anyone. He was one of the best freshmen in the country. But I am sure that because Yankoff played no one he will suck.
Such quook Mosster. -
Burmiester played at like a 1a school in San Diego bahaha

And do some research on who Coeur d' Alene has played the last two years. They are anytime, anyplace.

Yankoff has the identical flaws. Runs too early with minimal athleticism, low lines everything, and floats the long ones.jhfstyle24 said:

I wasn't for Yankoff at all. White, dual-threat QB's that lead their program to the big time are still MIA. Johnny Football won once against Bama, that's the high water mark of dual-threat white kids. Now we are talking about one from Idaho? sure.gif
I would like to see Oregon get away from what made them so good a decade ago. Pocket passers, lineman, TE's, and H-backs with large WR's will be the next norm. The Ducks seem to be recruiting towards that as well.
No one really wanted Burmeister. We had Tua, but Sling is a fucking retard. Burmeister was a last minute addition for a new coach that moved across the US and needed a QB in the class.
I am excited about Shough. An NFL type QB that played at Hamilton with offers from all of the schools that actually win when it matters is much better looking deal. I know the competition that kid sees every week, I used to coach in that league. It's littered with P5 players.
White dual-threat QB's from Idaho is Boise State type shit. -
Dude he's 6"4 210 verts 39 inches and runs a 4.6/4.7. Burmeister's a midget who's slow but i didn't coach at the highest classifaction in a football state.Mosster47 said:
