I'm hearing that everyone ought to be proud that they only lost by 14 (and gave up 49 points) to mighty USC. They played hard and didn't give up after being down big. Also, RichRod is a really good coach given it's Arizona. Might as well be happy with 8-4. It's the 8th or 9th most appealing job in the Pac. Hold that 2014 Pac 12 South trophy up high (I think SUC was ineligible that year....). I'm also hearing there's no excuse for Arizona Stadium not to be overflowing with people when 1-9 Oregon State comes to town. C'mon people!

RichRod knows he can get by with 7-5 seasons there based on what he did at West Virginia like 12 years ago against a weak conference. The weather is good from October through mid May, he has the cash to bypass the large trashy swaths of Tucson, and he can draw 3 stars from Texas and California to stay competitive. It's not a bad gig. In the SEC, even Kentucky fans will send you death threats for sucking.
