In response, USC’s attorneys said in a court filing that Sarkisian’s argument against arbitration relied on “factual and legal mischaracterizations.” Additionally, the filing said that the private nature of arbitration would benefit the coach.
“Presumably, Mr. Sarkisian, who is currently looking for new coach opportunities, would have an interest in preserving the confidentiality of his alleged substance abuse and treatment,” the document said. -
Good move on SC's part. What they did was illegal.

This is part of the bullshit involved with getting any job now. The company uses arbitration that will likely side with them. It's not a fair trial in that case. I didn't like sark's chances before -- now it would be impossible.
