if the kid can get his rehab done by the combine, he should leave. There is no need to risk it. Take the money and run

Trey's actually a level headed guy who has more goals in life than just getting a big pay day and playing in the NFL. Hard for this bored to comprehend.

lets say he gets injured again next year and he is completely done. Then what? any kid is projected in the first round should leave. Not everyone is retarded like lockner

This is a false premise nowadays, because kids can purchase insurance policies.

Trey can get a big payday either way.

Sure, with an acl exclusion. Premiums on those policies are sick.

What happened to Azeem? Did he really go full on burfict?

I can think of roughly 420 reasons why he sucks now.
Do you want to list the top 3 or are they listed @leafly.com?

He hasn't played as well as expected and his stock has dropped some, but he would be picked in the first 3 rounds, especially in a relatively weak year for OT. ACL's have a high recovery rate these days.

Players with high ceilings get drafted high, even with injury concerns. Just from this past draft, Corey Davis missed the combine after ankle surgery and went #5, we all know of Ross' injuries and he went #9, Malik Hooker went #15 with a labrum and core muscle surgeries, Jonathan Allen has potential long-term shoulder problems and went #17, Garrett Bolles is 37 and went #20, Takkarist McKinley had a torn labrum and went #26, Reuben Foster has concussion issues and was recovering from a torn rotator cuff and went #31, Jones went in the second with a torn achilles, which is much tougher to come back from.

Jaylon Smith, Marcus Lattimore, Willis McGahee all devastated with major injuries, etc, etc.

Not saying he will or won't leave early, but he'd be in the top 3 rounds if he did declare.
