There was no shooter on the 7th or 10th floor. You can tell because the fucking windows are intact. So that means your first story was clearly bullshit.
I dismiss eyewitnesses out of hand unless there is something to corroborate their story, and in this case there isn't.
I'll change my tune if other evidence is forthcoming. I'll wait to see what evidence is available rather than give credence to half baked bullshit stories. -

Not sure what videos are linked to up thread, since most have been removed, but if it's the 4th floor 2nd shooter theory: There's video out there, from an hour before the shooting, that shows the "muzzle flashes" from the 4th floor was actually just a strobe light.
