It's why eye witness testimony is the worst and least reliable. To me, a person on death row based solely on the testimony of an eye witness has a reasonable chance of being not guilty -

There was no shooter on the 7th or 10th floor. You can tell because the fucking windows are intact. So that means your first story was clearly bullshit.
I dismiss eyewitnesses out of hand unless there is something to corroborate their story, and in this case there isn't.
I'll change my tune if other evidence is forthcoming. I'll wait to see what evidence is available rather than give credence to half baked bullshit stories. -
