She should be mad. Mad that a huge Hurricane uprooted their lives. You can’t just snap your fingers and solve their problems. Especially being stretched so thin by Harvey and Irma. It sucks but there is no neglect. We sent Marines in as soon as we could. Maybe they should have had better contingency plans for water and food storage since they are a 1000 Miles from the mainland.
