Here's the thing about NFl QB's. It's not possible to be good without having genius football IQ. Locker was a dub hick who thought he was blind when his helmet was over his eyes. The guy has coached one season with a true freshman QB with no offensive line, a young defensive front, and middling receivers. Support the guy and give him time to build this program. This was a soft program he took over that was lacking in a number of areas and with Richt's constant undersigning, depth has been an issue. Building talented depth is the most difficult thing.
If Kirby doesn't pan out, there will be plenty of time for criticism. Now is not the time, and neither is this season.
