I know you're being sarcastic but NJ isn't that bad, especially in the early fall.
I used to have a ton of work in central NJ. the further you get away from NY or Philly the better the state is. It's one big suburb for all the old white and rich from Phily and NY. Lots of oldtimy posh little communities.
I was planning to boondoggle my way to this game with work, but alas I got deported. -

I've summited their highest peak and hiked the Appalachian Trail on my way up to Cooperstown last year. Took me 20 minutes to do both. On a semi-serious note, one of the Rutgers poasters on the cinque raisons poast mentioned a cool liquor store in what sounds like the Aurora Ave. of Piscataway. Sounds like a good place to rumble and settle disputes.

Taking my daughter to her first DAWG game. It will be a great trip to see a game because she loves Seattle. Swears it is her favorite city. Probably because she doesn't have to live there.
