Question for DDY/Coker... with Morris and Kalepo in the fold, who else in-state for 2019 is a good bet for getting an offer soon? Who should be a top target? Justus Legg? Darien Chase? Aric Davison?
-
Fuck, one personale change made a difference in OL recruiting
-
I'd guess Legg. Depending on how OL recruiting goes, someone like Davison probably won't be until the spring.jhfstyle24 said:Question for DDY/Coker... with Morris and Kalepo in the fold, who else in-state for 2019 is a good bet for getting an offer soon? Per sources the next offer is going to Caiman McGroin.jhfstyle24 said:Question for DDY/Coker... with Morris and Kalepo in the fold, who else in-state for 2019 is a good bet for getting an offer soon? Who should be a top target? Justus Legg? Darien Chase? Aric Davison?

Tracy Ford deserves a lot of love from UW fans. A great pipeline to his program has developed and the kids leaving his program after highschool are showing up to a UW at a higher level than they would otherwise. Also works out current players in the summer. Love me some Tracy Ford.CuntWaffle said:He's a Tracy Ford kid too? Yup he is going to be a monster.

He also gives them vitamin packs. Good bless Tracy fordEdwin_Bambino said:

Massive committment, this is huge for so many reasons:
- He is a legit LT prospect with huge upside
- We haven't gotten an OL of his caliber in forever from in state
- The Classes of 2019 and 2020 in state are really stacked, 2020 especially
- Scott Huff is a legit recruiter. This changes shit for us so much.
FUCK YES! This is huge huge huge. -
Hes been on a health kick lately so its only few sticks of butter now.Woof said:I for one am holding off on celebrating until Fetters finishes his 5 pound tub of Crisco and can confirm.

When a snake tries to come into your backyard you gotta cut its god damned fucking head off.

Yeah, Legg is legit, Aric Davison (OL) and then one of my favorites (DDY 3) is Bailey Elder, the OL from Stadium.jhfstyle24 said:Question for DDY/Coker... with Morris and Kalepo in the fold, who else in-state for 2019 is a good bet for getting an offer soon? We could get our entire OL class from in state in 2019. There are some other guys that I am sure will pop up too. -

The kids I am basically sure of right now are Kalepo, Morris, Legg and Bailey Elder from Stadium.jhfstyle24 said:Question for DDY/Coker... with Morris and Kalepo in the fold, who else in-state for 2019 is a good bet for getting an offer soon? I think Davison will probably get an offer... -
@Swaye @CokeGreaterThanPepsi @Dennis_DeYoung -- How do you rank Klepto vs Fozzy, Banner and Garnett?
-
Might be as good, might not.. All that matters is he'll help UW more than any of those 3 ever will.AEB said:@Swaye @CokeGreaterThanPepsi @Dennis_DeYoung -- How do you rank Klepto vs Fozzy, Banner and Garnett?

I know absolutely nothing about this. I am still waiting on thsi answer myself.AEB said:@Swaye @CokeGreaterThanPepsi @Dennis_DeYoung -- How do you rank Klepto vs Fozzy, Banner and Garnett?

Fucking awesome! Fuck you Banner, Garnett, Sarell, etc!
-
I'm gonna give u guys a truly amazing scouting report on Chase from Vancouver. Stay tuned when the season starts. I'll pass it along to the staff too so they can see I'm ready to be their ace in the hole for GSHL prospects
-
Fozzy was the best of the bunch because he can play immediately.AEB said:@Swaye @CokeGreaterThanPepsi @Dennis_DeYoung -- How do you rank Klepto vs Fozzy, Banner and Garnett?
Kalepo is better than Banner easily at the same stage, I'd say Garnett is a bit ahead of him at the same stage but Garnett was not a tackle prospect.
In order I'd go:
1- Fozzy
2- Kalepo
3- Garnett
4- Banner
Kalepo probably has the most upside of the four of them, or right there with Fozzy. -
I'm a Kalepo-Maniac!
It's good to see the Seattle Coffee Cup Connection up an running again -
Fozz is once in a decade prospect. The best OL prospect from WA in this century. Fuck, wish Chris would have fired strauser a year earlier
-
Fozzy wasn't coming here no matter who the OL coach was. He had his heart set on Stanford for yearsWeakarmCobra said:Fozz is once in a decade prospect. The best OL prospect from WA in this century. Fuck, wish Chris would have fired strauser a year earlier

He's a tier below that. I would also put Trey in that category (though he wasn't as highly rated)... I would say he's between McGary and Adams in terms of prospect level. The kid is a baller. Those are guys - one will be an AA and the other AP10...AEB said:@Swaye @CokeGreaterThanPepsi @Dennis_DeYoung -- How do you rank Klepto vs Fozzy, Banner and Garnett?

Going out on a limb on this one: Book it.Rapeculturedawg said:

I think Stephen Schilling ranked there with Garnett and DeCastro. As a high schooler, maybe even higher.BallzDeep said:Right now Garnett and DeCastro are the best to ever come out of the state of Washington. I don't think Fozzy will be better than Trey. Remember, Coach Pete said Trey was the best high school offensive lineman he's ever seen. I think Fozzy gets moved inside to Guard at Stanford. From a talent stand point Kalepo has the natural size and athleticism to be in that elite group of the best O-lineman the state has ever produced.
This is so fucking HUGE. This commitment is a turning point for the program. When we have elite O-lineman in our back yard we HAVE to get them and now it's starting to happen. Huff is impressing me. Good hire. Hopefully some of his mojo rubs off on Malloe. -
Why is it that OL by far were the most likely position group of in-state high profile recruits to leave the state?

I think OL was the biggest group of high profile in state recruits of the past decade. They had plenty of better options.Gladstone said:Why is it that OL by far were the most likely position group of in-state high profile recruits to leave the state?

Being a shit program for nearly 15 years will do that.Gladstone said:Why is it that OL by far were the most likely position group of in-state high profile recruits to leave the state?
