I usually do give them a tip.
Of course the tip is that if you're not making enough money from your fares, then you should find another side hustle. May be the reason I'm a 2.5 star recruit with them. But in Salem it doesn't matter as it just came on board and they'd practically blow ya just to have someone in the car. -
