If when the offer was made it was actionable, and from CCP's recruiting history you'd have to think it was, not jumping on it right away seems to have been a large mistake for this Amish-named Arizonian.
Obviously UW clearly wised up and moved on awhile back. But the fact that the potential was there for this JAG to have filled a spot or possibly have an adverse affect on Kaho's recruitment is frightening.
