"He ran one route, but he impressed me with that route he ran for a guy who hasn't been taught anything, just to get out there and run it" Taggart told reporters on Thursday. "I told coach (Michael) Johnson, 'Don't over-coach him. Just let him play football.'"
I read this and leaned over to my wife and said, "thank God Taggarts gonna let them rip it."

Was just cumming to quote this.

It happened Wednesday morning, during Oregon's practice, when head coach Willie Taggart asked the former safety to take a snap with the offense to see what he might be capable of on that side of the ball.

A day later, Schooler showed up to Oregon's practice in a white jersey, signaling his allegiance to the offensive side of the ball.

He was one of their few somewhat-bright spots on defense last year and Willie moves him to WR (where they are stacked) after one play in practice.

He was fucking horrible how he isn't playing at NAU I have no idea. Made Owen Biddle look like an All American

Wait, they are moving Taj Griffin to slot???

Taj Griffin is never getting a snap at RB with Freeman, Benoit, and TBJ. He can catch and is good in the open field. They did this with Brandon Marshall before and it worked out.

If it doesn't work out it doesn't really matter.

If it doesn't work out at WR this year it doesn't really matter as long as it works out at WR next year.

Schooler will never see the field on D anymore with Breeze ready to go. Schooler was the bright spot because he made a shit ton of tackles 20 yards down field because Brady Hoke didn't understand seven players are needed to play a seven gap defense. I still don't understand how Sling allowed that guy to coach. I'm glad he did though, it got him fired earlier than all of us hoped.

WR is more unproven this year, but the class they just signed and the ones coming in for 2018 will make us about as athletic as I can ever remember out there. Schooler being moved was a last ditch effort to get something out of him before he becomes a towel waver.

To the first part.... Your AD isn't very good and the better question would be why was Helfrich allowed to be the Head Coach.

To the 2nd part.... It sounds as if 2020 is going to be special.

When was the last Cuog season that was special? Are we going back to the "D-Word" era? Mike Price working his whole life to lose a Rose Bowl to Bob Stoops?
