Joint Base Lewis/McChord, Bremerton, Bangor, Fairchild - all way more important places to nuke in Washington.
Hell, any of the dams on the Columbia hold more strategic importance than Seattle. Would really fuck up houseboating on Lake Roosevelt and casino jobs at Three Rivers.
