It is equally naive to deny that at least a portion of those 2.8 Million were illegals or non-registered voters.

I have no idea whether there were more than 2.8 Million illegal votes cast. It could be way more, it could be way less.

It's a fucking red herring. Republicans have been looking for illegal voters for years, and haven't come up with shit and lied to the courts about it.

Hell, in Texas, they could only prosecute 50 cases of voter fraud over a ten-year period, with a special task force nominated by the Republican Governor looking for it. Mind you, we're talking about millions of votes in a state with a 700-mile border with Mexico.

Just saying illegals voting is a problem, without evidence, doesn't make it one.

In order to have evidence you need the desire to look for it which we all know the democrats don't [already proven false - all those people looking for voter fraud in numerous studies, task forces, etc.] . That in itself is a red flag [huh?]. In California you can register to vote without proof of citizenship and there are groups to exist to register illegals [I went to the SoS website and it said you need a CA license or ID card (requires birth certificate) and your SSN (requires US citizenship or green card)]

So, you are right in the most technical sense. Someone could present a green card and a CA license and vote. Problem is, they will be flashing red whenever the list gets checked, which it does. And then they would be subject to criminal penalties and deportation. Again, it's theoretically possible, but the folks who are looking for it haven't found a problem. So why are we looking to fix something that isn't broken?

If you don't have processes in place to ensure only legals vote you have another giant red flag, not red herring.
The process is the affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, that the person completing the application is a US citizen.

In Virginia we have proof and the Governor, a Clinton hack, won't cooperate with the Trump initiative to find out. Red flag, not herring
No, that's Kris Kobach, a known liar and suppressor of minority votes. Almost every state, including many Republican ones agree with Virginia and the Clinton hack

    nationalreview.com/article/448098/virginia-voter-fraud-report-noncitizens-voted-illegally

Allegedly, 2,000 illegals voted at some point in the past. 6,000 illegals were registered to vote. Out of 5,000,000 registered voters and 4,000,000 voters in the last election. So the system seems to be working. It's a fringe problem, not a threat to our democracy.

When a party refuses to cooperate and just mouths shit about red herrings its a red flag.
Or, you know, someone making something out of nothing so they can keep the blicks and spacs from voting legally

When you lose the argument pull the race card

I live in California - you are wrong. In Virginia illegals signed the affidavit when they weren't legal

Why are you so interested in not investigating

    Red flag

You have no idea of the number and your party doesn't want to find out
