Looks like the ACLU is on the case. A little bemused seeing GOP-types getting all rah-rah over the ACLU, but, you know, baby steps.
Anyhoo - I don't see the Kenyan Usurper's fingerprints on this thing yet, other than that the intercepts occurred during his administration (he's still ultimately responsible). Hopefully the ACLU litigation will be able to uncover evidence of NSA chicanery if they were intentionally spying on US nationals.
