    First one is really slow at the beginning. Easily the worst of the three. I agree that The Two Towers is best.

    Road Warrior was an indie Aussie film that no one saw. But it brought Mel to America for Mad Max.

    Clint Eastwood was stuck on TV until he went to Italy with Segio Leone for the trio of spaghetti westerns. Then America makes Hang Em High "introducing" Clint as a movie star.

    It pleases me that all you citrus lovers have good taste and agree (over 90% thus far) that as great as Part 1 was, Part 2 surpassed it.

    Severely overrated movies. Basically the Rolling Stones of films, a lot of dickriding from fans, but doesn't deliver based on the hype. Good, but not really any better than typical Hollywood flicks. Now I'll sit back and wait for the flood of menstrual juice and WTF's that are going to be coming my way.
