You might add one or two things but I think that's the gist.
Lambo's in game decisions were suspect #HuardsWantsToThrow
His teams were TUFF but discipline is questionable (i.e. Lester Towns pickup hoops, Olin Kreutz v the world, CW's arrest records etc)
Recruiting was more good than bad but he shut down the Hawaii pipeline and lost a lot of big in state talent (Lake Dawson, Carlos Pierre Antoine, Huard III, etc)

Lambo wasn't all bad but he was really good at fucking up when it mattered most, and by the time he was fired he had completely lost the team. He should have been fired after 97, at the latest. -
