Sweden's vaccination rate is 98% for DPT (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis), and 97% for measles, per the OECD. It's not mandatory, but at those rates of vaccination it doesn't need to be.
Something Sweden probably doesn't have is a bunch of Natural News mouth breathers telling their criminal immigrant populations to not get vaccinated.

Mandatory vaccination should be illegal. Fucking up evolution, IMO. What happens when civilization collapses and there are just pockets of people left who's bodies have no self defense they most likely would have evolved to combat? If chicken pox kills you, them the breaks. You weren't meant to survive anyways.
