Most restaurant food in the US is cooked by Mexicans and Ecuadoreans, no matter what style of "cuisine" is on the menu. Anthony Bourdain told me so.

EDIT: just read the article about gentrification. It sez they are going to abide by fair-housing laws, and will be open to anyone who meets the income requirements.

Read the first article. Somebody found a google docs spreadsheet of white owned ethnic restaurants. Creator of spreadsheet is unknown but thought to be a person(s) of color. I'm not going to get worked up over an anonymous google docs spreadsheet but wake me up if this thing grows legs.

I missed the Portland burrito story from yesterday. Looks like this does have legs so I change my position from LIPO to this is FS. I will actively protest by only eating at Tom Douglas owned restaurants.
