He is a total bad ass, and those early Cavs losses don't look too bad because those teams sucked without him, but the Dallas loss, where he disappeared and got school by the German, while he was on a far superior team really hurt his rep. LBJ is definitely one of the best. However, I don't remember seeing Jordan do the kind of bullshit LeBron does on a regular basis. MJ definitely did some dirty, overly competitive shit, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a bunch of clips of him flopping, whining, and acting. LeBron, not so much. It's unfortunately a part of his repertoire. For being such a great player he really shouldn't act like such a bitch so often.
