Jackson Cravens (Craves it), 3* 2018 DT, Provo (Timpview), UT (Offered)

Obviously I want to only get Togiai and Calvin Avery and players of that caliber. Shit doesn't look good in that regard right now. If he get 3 Stocky DL, and he's the 3rd best guy we sign, I'm "okay" with that is all I'm saying. It's not the perfect scenario and I'd love our class to look better than that, but I'm sure he'll be coached up and be pretty good.

Yeah I get what you mean, because of the "lowering standards to avoid disappointment" aspect, but it's more that I'm already expecting to be disappointed, not that I'm trying to avoid it. Given the fact that Malloe sucks, I'm okay with our class ending with something like Avery, Vakalahi, and Cravens, if the plan is to get 3 of these kind of plays; but I'm not trying to come up with excuses for him. That's two top~300 guys and a depth piece, I don't see how anyone could be upset with that honestly.

I like this Cravens. He's underrated. He plays like a DE at the DT position. He's very disruptive. He looks like he could see playing time in maybe his second year. Excellent tackler - seems like he probably gets 8-13 tackles a game. Vakahali bench presses guys, he could probably play both OG and DT. I hope UW gets both these guys.

I like him 'ok'. I don't think he sucks. He's obviously a tier down from Calvin Avery, etc, but with Malloe at the helm we are never going to get anyone good it seems.

So, this guy doesn't suck, but you can't beat Bama with guys like this starring.
