Brilliant strategy by Mora. Create a controversy where none exists, blow the event up with even more free pub and strong arm all the dudes showing up to the game in a suit, who didn't plan ahead with a change of clothes,, into buying a blackout t-shirt to wear at the game.

Black Rose of Pasadena...... should be a book or movie script to write in there somewhere. Mora must by now be accustomed to being undermined by AD's after the shunning he received from Barbara's Hedge and Scott's Woody. I must take exception to anyone at UCLA claiming they have the worse AD in America for we could claim the same privilege, although it must be difficult to operate a major college football program in L.A. without owning a stadium. I don't believe I'd want to wear black commuting across L.A. and through Pasadena after dark to the Rose Bowl....... you could get shot. I still think Huskyfans attending the UW @ UCLA big game should augment the ambiance of a blacked-out Rose Bowl by wearing pink in keeping with a floral theme. It would be a combined gorgeous and dramatic on TV.
