My boss at CSIS was a director for policy planning in Reagan's NSC and knew her through Scowcroft, so he gave me a nice intro letter for meeting with her. Bitch stood me up. Breslauer at Cal was nice enough to give me 90 minutes to talk with him. Condi, nothing.
