My boss at CSIS was a director for policy planning in Reagan's NSC and knew her through Scowcroft, so he gave me a nice intro letter for meeting with her. Bitch stood me up. Breslauer at Cal was nice enough to give me 90 minutes to talk with him. Condi, nothing. I didn't want to go directly from the hallowed halls of Olympia High so I took fall quarter off. Took the SAT in October, was in UW by January. 180 bucks a quarter too. You young folks have it tough today because you allowed the education industrial complex to con you into thinking you need to spend a couple hundred grand to get the same education I would have got if i didn't drop out because college is basically bullshit unless you want to get a REAL degree like law or medicine.
You're all fighting to get into the same stupid schools when you could go online to the University of Phoenix and get a better education.

I am. Cal undergrad was where I found myself, broadened my horizons, and met my future wife. UCLA grad was just where I learned a helluva lot and taught for 6 years.AZDuck said:
