Talked to one of my sources. Here's the deal. Tuli committed to UW on his visit but Petersen encouraged him to announce his commitment to USC this weekend. Tuli will then make a sureprise flip to UW on signing day while a box of dog shit shaped into a W is simultaneously mailed to Johnny Nansen's office.
