cheers to my grandfather who flew a P51-A Mustang and got shot down over France and captured by the Germans and transported to Stalag Luft III where he dug tunnels as part of the Great Escape. He's 93 and wearing his medals today.
His POW intake photo to the German prison camp.... solid guy who is nice to everyone.
