It's mixed.
The lack of depth on D and lack of capable DBs for 3 years running is the biggest indictment.
That and his being the defacto D coordinator and basically sucking at it the past couple years.
Last year we knew we'd suck and be rebuilding so really 2015 was the big fuck up. Had we won 8 or so games in 2015 and not pissed away several in the last couple mins (Oregon and West Virginia) he would have gotten a pass for 2016.
It helps that he got a real d coordinator and seems to be giving the guy total autonomy but the coaching turnover has been an issue.
Also the au game last year left a really bad taste in people's mouths.
(Fortunately I saw what was coming so turned it off and got blacked out after the first quarter and never really saw the game)
Basically he wins 7+ games (including beating au) or he's out.
I don't really care. He wins and stays or loses and he's out.
Either way it will be interesting.

Graham is the biggest douche bag coach in the conference. Mora is second. Rich Rod third. Dykes was another one. Taggart will rank high on this list.
Leach is awesome and is at least at funny. -
I would definitely argue Mora is the worst overall coach.
I mean how do you lose to fucking ASU the past two years after getting top ten recruiting classes since basically forever. Boggles the mind.
Rich Rod I don't feel is a super awful coach...he just doesn't give a shit.
Load up on two star players and fill your recruiting class before the season...And coast. Is basically his strategy.
Shit even Sark recruited.
