It's mixed.
The lack of depth on D and lack of capable DBs for 3 years running is the biggest indictment.
That and his being the defacto D coordinator and basically sucking at it the past couple years.
Last year we knew we'd suck and be rebuilding so really 2015 was the big fuck up. Had we won 8 or so games in 2015 and not pissed away several in the last couple mins (Oregon and West Virginia) he would have gotten a pass for 2016.
It helps that he got a real d coordinator and seems to be giving the guy total autonomy but the coaching turnover has been an issue.
Also the au game last year left a really bad taste in people's mouths.
(Fortunately I saw what was coming so turned it off and got blacked out after the first quarter and never really saw the game)
Basically he wins 7+ games (including beating au) or he's out.
I don't really care. He wins and stays or loses and he's out.
Either way it will be interesting.
