Timing tells me they either a) don't feel good about Tufunga (which I don't either based on his latest interviews) b) thought they had a shot at Addison but don't since they didn't make his top 5, or c) abundance.
Safety class could be Harrison and Holland, which would still be very nice. -
Holland is on campus, don't think it has anything to do with how they feel about others.

Looks like he's committing tomorrow (5/1). I think it's either UW or Oregon, but definitely a heavy heavy lean towards Oregon based on his twitter feed. UW's Logo is just colored on for his tweet mentioning the commitment date.
