These people are just trying to make a living supplying a high demand commodity to the market. How come they don't get to go out and beat down the door of pharma execs and politicians? They survive against the odds and show a lot more balls and ingenuity than the guys with the unfair advantage of being able to employ their own terrorist organization to legally destroy the competition.
