It's almost like there's a simple fix no one is talking about. Stop confining coverage by county, allow it for the whole state. A point that the Republican plan didn't address.HoustonHusky said: -

Just wait until the administration stops fighting the court battle against Congress about illegally paying the insurance companies...won't be pretty. -

What has anything Republicans proposed that changes anything with what you posted on the number of carriers. -
HondoFS...I realize you can't keep up with the basics. Google is hard...hell a previous thread around here about the "risk corridors" is hard.
And the funny thing is HondoFS's proposal for "fixing Obamacare" i.e.:
"It's almost like there's a simple fix no one is talking about. Stop confining coverage by county, allow it for the whole state. A point that the Republican plan didn't address."
That is a change that can't be done in reconciliation, but it is one of the main proposals of the "three step plan".
Unless, of course, HondoFS somehow thinks you can sell insurance across state lines but not county lines...which in HondoFS world is entirely possible...

Dumbfuck part II - you wouldn't need reconcilation, Democrats would sign onto that change immediately.

"Phase 3 involves going back to Congress with bills that let insurance companies sell policies across state lines or allow the government to use its purchasing power to negotiate lower drug prices."

3) God you are a fucking moron. It takes someone HondoFS enough to endorse the policies of something he is suppose to be opposed to...

I'd like to see trump actually put his money where his mouth is on drug costs. Put something out there. It would get more democratic support than republican

2) that is talking about state lines. I'm talking across counties. Right now, each county has its own market. A smart politician and erase that limitation so there would be multiple companies in the small counties. That should get both support from both sides of the aisle.
3) you still don't even know what we are talking about. If you think you do, refer to number 2. -
Didn't want the first deal. That's not why we elected Trump. Obama care dead. No sales across state lines has to be eliminated.
