He left a coordinator position at a school he's been associated with for over 15 years ...
I highly doubt he left the position and joined Pete's staff without some kind of plan in place for him ...

Regardless whether as an Asst HC or Co-Coordinator ... to leave a position to come on as a quality control coach tells me that there's a plan going forward with him ... particularly when you consider the fact that he was working with #OurChoate ... so if this was something where he was leaving Montana St because he was worried about getting pushed out the door ... pretty sure he wouldn't have left one member of the Pete coaching tree for the godfather of the Pete coaching tree? -
